The customer needs each 10000 pcs custom size and custom printing child proof zipper mylar bag of 1g, 3g and 7g buds packaging
Challenge
Customer should be very clear about the inner bag dimensions he need, because he never used this kind packaging before
Result
Acoording to client’s inner dimensions, we worked out the outer sizes and produce upon the design, then delivery on time.
How We Did It
- Based on client’s inner size, we offer the dieline of the pouch with dimensions and details.
- Clients offer us the printing colors. Since he need the product to keep out of reach of children, so he just make some simple colors printing and looks less attractive, full red,black,white,green etc.
- We organize the whole production process, including developing a bag making line(machines) to produce this speical zipper pouch.
- Due to the high quality and the competitive price we delivered, we have worked together for nearlly 3 years.
