Customized size/design/shape:
- Gravure Printing: MOQ is usually 5000-10000pcs.
- Digital Printing: No MOQ
More quantity,more favorable prices.
- Due to the high manufacturing cost of machines runing and mateirals loss for custom printing packaging bag, MOQ is usually 10,000pcs required. It can be NEGOTIATED based on your bag design and size. For small batch of 3,000pcs or sampling,it is also OK.

Of course, our raw materials used to manufacture flexible packaging are in accordance with good manufacturing practice and comply with the EC Regulation 1953/2004, and comply with regulation EU requirements as per Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011.This EU Directive refers to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food stuffs.
The raw materials used are in compliances with US Food and Drug Administration Regulation.
We hereby declare that these materials certified with SGS report are safe for direct and indirect food contact.
- Customization
- For sure, customer’s packaging requirements such as size, bag type, artwork for printing, materials, thickness, etc are welcomed.
- Please make sure your design for printing are in AI/CDR/PDF/PSD etc vector source files.
Yes, my graphic designers and plates factory will work out your layout(proof) according to your original artwork for free. So everything including printing colors, sizes, materials have been confirmed well before bulk production.
- We are able to offer glossy, matt, metalic shimmer, UV spot finishes, hot stamping, embossing / debossing, screen printing etc .
- As to printing color: Color can be printed according to PANTONE color number and CMYK+White Colors . Up to 10 colors printing.
Our team is able to give you the best barrier protection and sustainable packaging resolution for your specific product packaging. For example:
- Vacuum bags for frozen bags etc
- Retort pouch for ready-to-eat meal, sauce, soup, pet food etc

- For our new customers who work with us the first time, support 50% deposit payment to start order production, balance payment when packaging bags are ready before shipment
- Shipping
- We have professional shipping forwarders to work with for many years.
- Usually,we suggest separated shipment if urgency, such as SMALL quanity 1-2 cartons by EXPRESS (DHL,FEDEX,UPS),which is the fastest, 5-7 working days; While left large quantity by SEA or by Train.
- Shipment for large quantity,the best delivery by Sea / by Railway.
- Shipping time is usally 30 – 45 days by sea,30 – 35 days by raiway, 5-7 days by express.
